All material distributed by Maxwell Tree Music is fully protected by federal copyright law. Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to, reproduction, transfer, transmission or dissemination beyond what is permitted by Maxwell Tree Music’s licensing agreement is strictly prohibited.

a. Grant of License: The Materials transacted through Maxwell Tree Music are licensed, not sold, to the Licensee for use only under the terms of this license. Maxwell Tree Music and the Writer grant the Licensee a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Material according to the terms and conditions herein. This License Agreement permits the Licensee to print the Material as many times as needed for use by the Licensee only.

b. Restrictions: You shall not (1) share, resell, rent, loan, lease, distribute, or transfer all or part of the Material or any rights granted hereunder to any other person, company or organization either digitally or in print format; (2) duplicate the digital Material except for a single backup or archival copy; (3) remove any copyright notices, license terms or Writer credits from the Material; (4) transfer or sublicense the Material to any other party.

c. Intellectual Property Protection: The licensed Material is owned by the Writer and is protected by intellectual property laws including but not limited to United States and international copyright law. The Writer reserves all rights to the Material not expressly granted herein.

b. Termination: Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Maxwell Tree Music if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination of the License, the Licensee will destroy any and all digital or printed copies of the licensed Material.
